How does pricing work?
Packer costs $0.20 per device per month, counted across every tenant you connect, with a 25 device minimum. Every feature is included from the first device. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no feature gates.
Do custom apps cost extra?
No. Uploading and packaging your own installers is part of the same flat rate. Catalog apps and custom apps live in the same list and get the same automation.
How does Packer get access to my tenant?
You grant consent once through a standard Microsoft sign-in. Packer then publishes apps through the Microsoft Graph API using its own app identity. It never stores your admin credentials.
Can MSPs manage multiple client tenants?
